Ebony S. Small is a fractional executive, leadership coach, and author who partners with senior leaders, churches, and organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, align strategy, and drive sustainable impact. Ebony founded Transforming Leaders Consulting in 2020.
With more than 25 years of experience, Ebony has led high-performing teams and complex initiatives, including large-scale global in-person and digital events that have reached millions. She is known for maximizing people and resources, developing leaders, and building organizational systems that translate vision into execution.
At the core of Ebony’s work is a passion for transforming leaders through coaching, leadership development, and high-trust collaborative partnerships that create generational impact. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, building the foundation for a career dedicated to storytelling, media strategy, and impactful communications.

With experience in overseeing more than $16.8 billion in assets for over 140,000 retirees and beneficiaries, Marisa combines high-level financial oversight with a deep commitment to strategic planning and operational effectiveness.
Annette H. Cutino
Annette H. Cutino is an ordained minister, dynamic leadership coach, and loves developing leaders one-on-one, as well as facilitating workshops with leadership teams. She is not only a certified Christian counselor, but is also certified in several emotional intelligence instruments and assessments. A devoted woman of faith, Annette serves as an Elder and Associate Pastor at Harvest Fields Community Church.
